can i company become member of a club?

Yes
According to me there is no prohibition in law and a company can acquire membership of a club subject to the rules and regulations of the club.

There should be no problem in the same though the rules of different clubs may not allow a company to be a member.
So in my view it would depend upon club to club. So ask the club which u want membership in.
