06 October 2014 A Company's ROC filing forms are not done for last 5 years. How much additional fee penalty will it have to bear for filing under Company law settlement scheme 2014.
Kindly help at earliest...

06 October 2014 25% of the additional filing fee has to be paid apart from the normal filing fee.

PS:- Normal filing fee is determined according to authorized share capital and varies from case to case.

07 October 2014 My query is, will normal penalty be 12 Times only ?? For example if its filing fees is 200 and 12 times i.e. Gross 2400 net 600. Total payment 800...... Is this right
