13 April 2010 Hi Experts!

Plz tell me the procedure for closure of a Company whose paid up capital is 1,00,000 and accumulated loss is 1,00,000.

13 April 2010 If the company is defunct, application can be filed under section 560 of the Companies Act,1956.
