closing the co. under EES scheme 2011

29 January 2011 A company was incorporated in 1997 and have not carried any operation since incorporation.
Directors now want to close the compnay under the Easy Exit scheme 2011 and facing following problems:
1)Directors have no DIN.
2)MCA website is showing under signatory details "Company is in default for not filing the DIN3/Form 32.

Plz suggest options if any to close the company in presence of above said two problems.

29 January 2011 DIN is not mandatory for EES 2011. Diretcor's can use either their PAN or Passport in the place of DIN.
