The stocks are to be sold with in 6 months from the appointed date

sir whether it is in respect of all stock or only for the cases where original document is not avalable in respect of duties. in my opinion in all other cases there is no time limit for sale of goods

Yes. 6 month provision who is not manufacturer or service provider doesnot have original document and wanted to claim the input on stock as on 30th June
