what is the procedure for it.

10 December 2011 you will submit the intimation at Income Tax office and the Trade License Office at Municipal corporation

02 September 2014 CA Parth Shah- Yes you can again reconstitute the firm again by applying again for COP. I have done it earlier. It will be subject to availability of name and I dont think you will get the old FRN.
