shall we close the business before 31st march and surround er gst registration. we are dealing in taxable goods and as on the date there is no stock on hand.

if you are shutting down your business, then yes you can apply for surrender of GST registration

Yes... You can surrender / Cancel your GSTIN..
But, Before you settle Your all liabilities under GST...
