Recently an announcement was made by ICAI that all questions will be practical oriented and compulsary at PE2, IPCC, PCC & Final level.
In case of Final (Old) can anyone please clarify whether all papers would carry the new pattern containg compulsary questions or only A/c, Direct Tax and Costing will be chaned as per new pattern?

Dear Sagar,
Rather than thinking wat will come in paper and wasting time, u can concentrate on ur studies... if ur preparation is good, why is there a fear in ur mind.... is it going to make a difference whether u get practical oriented questions or theory questions.... To be honest it wont make a difference.... Make sure ur concepts are clear coz that is the only thing that will help u crack exams. Trust me its not the practical or theory questions, its ur concepts that is going to help u.... And anyways in papers even if u have options, half of the questions are such that u are not sure whether u want to answer or not... So practically all the questions in the exams are sort of compulsory... ;) All the best
