What are the Disclosure Rrequirement in the quarterly Fimancial Results?

Quarterly financial results are required to be disclosed as per clause 41 of the Listing Agreement as per the format specified there under.
In case of unaudited results limited review certificate is also to be forwarded to the stock exchange along with the results.
