Classification of service under proper head

19 August 2013 I am working in a Public Sector Undertaking. We are going to start new service ie scanning of documents to public as per there request by charging fees.
My doubt is in which service I have to include this particular service and have to pay Service Tax whether Information technology Service or Internet Cafe service or some one else

Please replay if any one came across this type of service

19 August 2013 There is no specific service relates to your scope of work, however as per my understanding you may choose the Other taxable services (services other than the 119 listed above) at s.no. 120 of the annexure to circular no. 165 dt. 20.11.2012.
