My query is, if a company is alreday in the category of Medium Large and wanted to set up new factory in different location under the same mangement and ownership and invstment in plant & machinery is less than 5 crores,whether that new factory comes in the category of Small Scale Industry or its category will reamin same as original i.e. Medium large for that new factory also.

Its category remains the same as Medium and large industry and not as small industry. its orginal character will be relevant.
