You need to check the double taxation avoidance agreement between Singapore and India. The tax paid $600 ( at appropriate conversion rate) and the tax payable if it is taxed in India..... You will get a credit for $600 with average rate of tax. I am trying to tell you the underlying principle. You need to take the help of a person who knows DTAA.
