One Properitorship converts into Partnership firm on 01.12.2012.It has only one fixed asset named Printer which was purchased on 25.09.2012.for Rs. 5100. on that, Depre claimed at 60%.My Que. is that how much depre. can be claimed in both the concern respectively as per Income Tax Act 1961??
