if rent is more than rs.100000 for claiming hra pan is mandatory.if landlord is not giving his pan no.than for claiming house rent allowance what can we do?

Just give declaration to ur employer in a plain paper specifying owner name and address

If landlord is not giving, the tenant will be at the loose end. But,in case the landlord does not have a PAN, a declaration to this effect from the landlord
