26 January 2014 if rent is more than rs.100000 for claiming hra pan is mandatory.if landlord is not giving his pan no.than for claiming house rent allowance what can we do?

27 January 2014 Just give declaration to ur employer in a plain paper specifying owner name and address

27 January 2014 If landlord is not giving, the tenant will be at the loose end. But,in case the landlord does not have a PAN, a declaration to this effect from the landlord
along with the name and address of the landlord should
be filed by the employee vide CBDT Circular 8/2013 dated 10.10.2013.
