Claim of relief u/s 89

02 August 2015 I claimed relief u/s 89 in my IT Return for AY 2014-15 and I submitted my return electronically on 28/02/2015. But CPC Bengaluru did not accept my claim and they assessed my return taking relief u/s 89 ZERO. How do I establish my claim of relief. My employer did not provide me Form 16 generated from TRACES. Please help me.

02 August 2015 your employer should have calculated the same while deducting the income tax from your salary. Anyway, not what you can do is file rectification u/s 154, online.

Please find out the 10 E form for claiming 89 relief.
