Claim of leave travel allowance after termination

04 July 2014 Sir, I have applied to avail my PLs on 05.05.2014 for the period of 12.05.2014 to 18.05.2014. suddenly . company terminated me on 09.05.2014. However I have travelled and submit my LTA claim for my LTA to the company on 30.5.2014.. my question :

1. Whetehr I will get my LTA from the company as the travelling period is after termination.

2. whether it is legal obligation to the company to pay my LTA in such cirmstances.

How can I get my such amount.

05 July 2014 As the traveling period is after termination you will not get LTA. No legal obligation on the company to pay LTA under this circumstances.
