want to ask that return for ay 2010-11 of the assesse was filed on 29/3/2011.. bt didnt claim tds. now on 2.2.2014 what can we do for claiming tds for ay 2010-11.

asap pls..

02 January 2014 you cannot revise return as most probably the assessment should have been closed by now.

However, you can still file rectification application under section 154 and add the TDS credit.

02 January 2014 Tushar, he has already filed the return. So my answers in that query won't apply here. He has the option of 154 upto four years from the year in which the 143(1) or 143(3) order is passed.

He can only do rectification u/s 154 and link suggested by you may not work for him
