How much Exempt Max. Limt for Children's Education Allowance Exemptions U/s 10(14)for 2 Child? Which Fess Exempt? Is it paid for engineering education?

Childeren Education Allowance is exempt for Rs.100/- per month per child(subject to a maximum of 2 children)

it's very unfair, but true that so far govt didn't increase the limit from 100/head, maximum upto 2 child.
