Children education allowance

My Elder brother is taking care of me, so can he claim the deduction in children education allowance from my ca final registration fees, because it is not said in the act that deduction can be claimed on your own child and also age of child is not defined.

You can claim for your own child or adopted one.
Even not for a grand child.
