If a person issue a cheque and there is over writing in date like 1 is corrected to 2 for that once cheque is return then how many times it can be represent if it get authroized by the person that this had be happened infront ofme.

A cheque can be re-present at any number of times till the expiry of validity of such cheque.

if i am taking a policy from insurance company.how manytimes insurance i would take to get tax free returnat the time of maturity under u/s10(10)d income tax law.

The maturity value can be exempted under section 10(10) and only one time in the year of maturity.
