13 June 2012 If a person issue a cheque and there is over writing in date like 1 is corrected to 2 for that once cheque is return then how many times it can be represent if it get authroized by the person that this had be happened infront ofme.

13 June 2012 A cheque can be re-present at any number of times till the expiry of validity of such cheque.

15 June 2012 The maturity value can be exempted under section 10(10) and only one time in the year of maturity.
