17 June 2013 compensation for termination of contract in relation to management of affairs in a company received IN THE LAST YEAR OF THE CONTRACT.. i.e. at the end of this year the contract expires.. will the comensation still be a capital receipt (although I'm aware that this is not going to affect its taxability under pgbp).. but still wanted to know if this would be a capital receipt or not?
