23 February 2013 In which head income should be charged of tour operator who is getting payments as per number of tours ?(PGBP or SALARY)
Employer deducts TDS under 194J.

24 February 2013 what nature of business should i define ???

because assessee is working with one of the reputed tour operator. she is getting allowance based on number of days in tour.
she is not getting any thing on monthly basis.
