if i want to see Charge on property of private ltd by bank on ROC sITE ,
WHAT IS THE PATH TO SEE?
CAN I GET THE INFORMATION THAT PARTICULAR PROPERTY IS CHARGED AGAINST LOAN & SAME DETAIL VAN I SEE ON ROC SITE ? HOW?

For this you have to be a registered user. You can see index of charges by loging in to your account but you can not see the details with regard to the property. You can see the charge holder name and charge amount etc.

u can see on left side of MCA portal as public documents. u can view,download and get certified copies on payment of prescribed fees per company.

u can register u r self and then u can view the charge against particular asset and amount of charge.
