Charge Identification number

21 January 2011 Our company wants to file Form 17 for satisfaction of charge. But we dont't have charge Identification number.How we can obtain Charge ID since we don't have any copies of filing of charges

21 January 2011 Hi..

If you had furnished the particulars of creation of charge in prescribed Form 8 to the concerned Registrar of Companies, and the said from has been approved by ROC, u can get the Charge ID from MCA site by going to Index of Charges.

21 January 2011 We filed Form 8 in 14/2/2006 by paying necessary fee. but in MCA Index of charges it is not appearing.

If you have all the information regarding the charge creted you can create charge ID fromn the concern ROC.

Sometimes its common mistakes on the pat of ROC that they dont show the Charge ID.

21 January 2011 You can, by paying inspection fee of Rs.50/-, inspect the documents physcially at ROC. You can even get certified copies by paying additional fees.
