If a company takes a bank Guarantee for a specified period from the Bank and against it it mortagages the equitable mortgage of land & building which belongs to Directors,is it mandatory to file a Form 8 for that?

Thank you Rupesh Sir...But if the property mortgage against bank guarantee belongs to Directors and doesnot belongs to Company then?
