This query is : Resolved

06 June 2015 Our company is a exercisable manufacturing company. Our company purchase spot welding machine from a unregistered company at Kolkata and after that the machine amalgamate other accessories parts and make a fresh manufacturing machine and sold to exercisable party with charge central excise. This concept is right in the eye of central excise act. Please comment.

08 June 2015 If you have purchased the capital goods without payment of excise duty then at the time of sale no need to charge excise duty.
