07 April 2012 Whetehr provision of Chapter XVII-B of income tax applicable to section 192? what are the provision of the Chapter XVII-B of income tax

07 April 2012 In the Act Sections are enlisted under various chapters.

Section 192 is the First Section under Chapter XVII-B.

Chapter as such do not contain any provisions, however, sections coming under the chapter contains provisions.
