Can any please clarify whether Chapter VI A is available in the case of belated filing of income tax return for fy 2018_19( AY 2019 - 20) for the extended due date till 30th June 2020…?

Not available as there is no problem in savings for the year.

You can avail deductions under chapter VI Ain the belated return in the extended deadline if those investments made during FY-2018-19
