19 October 2013 If Mr.A having folio No. 1 transfers all his shares to Mr.B (who has folio no.2), is it possible to change Mr.B's folio number to 1 or will it remain to be folio no.2 ? What will happen to folio no.1 of Mr.A ?

19 October 2013 Mr. B folio no. will remain 2.

Folio no. 1 holding will be Nil.

These records shall be kept for all folios so folio numbers will not change.

In register of members the recording shall be made folio number wise.
