Transfer from 1 principal to another is permissible. there is no limit defined for the number of transfers. Industrial Training can be joined in last year of Articleship. Ask further if not cleared to you.

You can take infinite number of transfers as ICAI does not restrict. But ultimately it should benefit you. At the same time it should not harm anybody. I hope I am clear.
