sir whether changes in mega exemption applicable for Nov 2014ipcc exam

Refer to RTP... However in my opinion Changes made by Finance Act, 2014 will not applicable for Nov 14 IPCC Exam... and will be applicable for May, 15 and Nov, 15 exam.
