Sir,
My company is selling their products through C&F agents , if one of the C&F has changed his status from partnership to proprietor ship, then what legal documents will be collected by the company from C&F.
Billing software at c&F location is controlled from head office .
Our factory comes under U.P. Vat Act. and the said C&F is in Haryana .
Kindly respond on this asap.

You have to make new agreement with this C&F & this will same as new C&F appointment..
