21 March 2013 I am aware about that but i just want to confirm it before uploading form 1B because if new certificate is issued on or before 31st march 2013 then for this year balanceshaaet will be for new namethat we dont want. we want to change name for 2013-14.
so generally how many days it takes to approve form 1B.
