How many days it takes to get fresh incorporation certificate incase of change of bane of private limited company after filing form 1B?

Now, all certificates are available online as soon as the form gets approved.

I am aware about that but i just want to confirm it before uploading form 1B because if new certificate is issued on or before 31st march 2013 then for this year balanceshaaet will be for new namethat we dont want. we want to change name for 2013-14.
so generally how many days it takes to approve form 1B.
