Can anybody tell me how to change mail id and phone number registered with income tax department?

Actually what happened last year my e filling was done by a person with his mail id and phone number. So this year when I try to view my AS - 26 I found his mail id and mobile number as primary and not able to view my AS - 26 because of not knowing the password of the mail id provided and also not getting mobile pin as the mobile number is not mine.

Now please suggest me I can I change the mail id and phone number, please and thanks in advance.

24 July 2014 You may use the forgot password option and select option 'one time OTP' if it is appearing. Then you enter the new mobile number and e-mail id, after that you will be prompted to enter new password. You will be able to login to your account after 12 hours of this process.
If this option is not showing in forgot password option then only way to reset password is to answer security question correctly or enter bank account no and e-filing acknowledgment number of previous year if e-filed.

24 July 2014 after filling ur user ID, go to forget password option.
there you will get few options, one of them is Acknowledgement nu and bank account number.
select that one
Put acknowledgement number of previous return and your bank account number.
by this you will able to enter in your account, now you can change the email id and phone number.

24 July 2014 since mail id and phone number are of third person, i guess you wont able to access the account thru other options like OTP number, answering hint question etc, so try above option, hopefully u will be able to access.

24 July 2014 There is one additional option given by income tax deparment to reset password i.e. 'one time password (OTP). I guess Mr Arun Saboo is not aware of that.

25 July 2014 i know there is an option of OTP, but question is where OTP will be sent? since the person who asking solution told that Mobile number and email id attached to user id not belongs to him.
