A ltd. start business in delhi with service tax no. with centrlized billing after some period he want transfer his business from delhi to Bihar.
Is he need to aplly for new service tax no and surrender the old one or he have no need to srrunder and apply for new service tax no.

You need to intimate regarding rhe Transfer of places and surrender the cerifcate present location and apply to new location with old registration details
