Change of director in eform-1

i file eform 1A for company name approval.
the name was approved by mca.i file 3 director as a subcribers of moa .now i want to decrease no. of director in form 1.
can i do it ?
if yes please give me the procedure ?

Hi
Yes, In case of private limited company you can have 2 directors.
You will take the NOC form all other director to incorporate company with 2 directors and also take resignation letter of that person whose name is mentioned in Form-1A and who does not want to continue with company all these paper will be attached with Form-1 and 32.
