05 August 2009 We want to change our registration office from one place to another within the state . could u pls advice regarding the procedure.

05 August 2009 Board resolution in case the company’s registered office is shifted within the local
limits of the city or town or village in which it was earlier situated. File Form 18 with ROC.
Special resolution in case the company’s registered office is shifted outside the local limits of the city or town or village in which it was earlier situated .File form-18 with ROC.
If office is shifted to a jurisdiction outside the jurisdiction of the existing ROC then RD's approval through Form 1AD is required.
