Hi,
Our company name is changed. can anybody tell me how many days i have to mention "formerly ----- " in our company documents and in which act/rules i can get the provisions regarding the same.

There is no specific provision in any act for this. It is only a convention and we have to mention as long as the associates of the Company become aware of the Change of name.

Intimation should be done to all statutory bodies.
