change of company name

A pvt ltd company say "XYZ" pvt ltd has changed into "ABC" pvt ltd on 31.08.2009. the name change process has been started after Jun.09 and completed on Aug.09. The PAN to be changed in the new name. now the query is :
1) the Balance sheet , profit & Loss a/c of 31.03.2009 is to be made in old or new name.
2) in filing of ITR whether to be filed in new name or old name
3) now, if you give the new CIN of company, it shows the new name of the company, but on 31.03.2009 if we write old name of the company , it will mismatch in ROc.
pl. advice.

In Balance sheet you should mention new name ( In bracket you should mention old name) while preparing balance sheet and profit and loss. This you should do it for 3years. ie 9,10,11.
While filing you should choose the new name for roc and income tax.
