WHAT ARE THE PROCEDGER FOR CHGANGE OF PREVIOUS AUDITOR & APPOINTMENT OF A NEW AUDITOR IN A PROPRIOTERSHIP FIRM

23 March 2012 There's no procedure for a Proprietorship firm. If at all required you can get a no objection from the previous auditor.

These are required only for the Pvt,Public Companies and Trusts.
