Change of address in tan

My Co. TAN is registered in Delhi based address now company is going to change his registered office from Delhi to Haryana is it necessary to change address in TAN due to change in A.O if yes kindly suggest me the procedure.

06 November 2014 Yes. mandatory change is required for TAN address. it is simple process, fill the form 49b with new address and send the address proof documents. you can apply amendment through online and send the documents to NSDL

08 November 2014 no need of taking new TAN. existing TAN only give the address change

Here A.O will be transferred then also no need to change in TAN or submit old TAN.

10 November 2014 TAN allotment is centralised, once apply for change of address A.O will change automatically
