Change of address in tan

My Co. TAN is registered in Delhi based address now company is going to change his registered office from Delhi to Haryana is it necessary to change address in TAN due to change in A.O if yes kindly suggest me the procedure.

Here A.O will be transferred then also no need to change in TAN or submit old TAN.
