Change of address in Annual Return

11 May 2011 The share of my company has been transfered from A to B. At the time of transfer the registered address of transferee company (B) was -----. But before the AGM date of my company the transferee company (B) changed its address and give me a letter of change of address. Now I am going to file my company's Annual Return, what should be the address of the transferee company the old one or the new one.
