Our Company parmanent address is diffrent from Current office address. what i should do. shall i apply for change of address in company Act ? & how

If the registered office of the company is changed from that given at the time of incorporation and for subsequent changes also e-Form 18 has to be filed.

When you upload form-18 on MCA portal a challan will appear for Rs. 500.
In other words fee of Form-18 is Rs. 500.
