Hi all,
What are the consequences of name change of a company...?
For Ex: if the company's name is changed from ABC Pvt Ltd to XYZ Pvt Ltd..should the company apply for a new PAN card..?

No need to apply new card, you need to apply for correction of PAN details thr form 49A
