05 December 2010 If existing director changed his surname, than what procedure in mca21 portal to correct the same. His DIN no. can be same?.
Please guide me.

05 December 2010 File DIN - 4 form for the changes. The DIN will remain same. Only the changes proposed will be amended.

DIN-4 cannot be filed electronically. You can take the printout of DIN-4 from MCA website and fill it manually and forward to MCA, Noida.
It takes lot of time and follow up to get the corrections effected.

07 December 2010 Further for change of surname you have to attach the proof of ID. Whether the surname has been changed in PAN Card or Passport or DL or any other ID Proof acceptable to MCA. If not get the correction made in ID proof first and then apply to MCA.
