30 September 2012 A person is registered under the Construction of commercial & industrial complex and he wants to change the service provided to Works contract. What are the legal formalities to be complied with for registering this change?

30 September 2012 After the new regime of service tax w.e.f. 01.07.2012 the Service tax rules have not been amended suitably to incorporate changes. The rule 4 of service tax rules requires to file an application for amendment or addition or service provided by the assessee.

You should file an application for adding a service "All Taxable Services"
