WE HAVE A PHARMACEUTICAL MARKETING COMPANY.
HAS TIN NUMBER AND PAYING SALES TAX IN CT DEPT EVERY MONTH.
NOW WE ARE SHIFTING OUR PREMISES.
IS ANY DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO CT/VAT DEPT...IS ANY CHALLAN TO BE TAKEN. IF YES IN WHICH HEADS CHALLAN TO BE TAKEN..
PLEASE INFORM ME COMPLETE PROCESS FOR CHANGE OF EXISTING PREMISES...

Yes, you will update new address to all regulatory authority for future correspondence.

This change of address is also done on-line just like registration.Open up the page e-registration in state CT dept web site and change the address. This to be authenticated by the registering officer. While doing the change of address you have enclose documents related to taking on rent/lease of the shop from the owner.Then go to the vat office to get it authorised.Take a print of the same for your records....mjk
