I AM AN IPCC STUDENT.BY MISTAK DURING REG WITH ICAI I GAVE MY NAME AS MITHIN K.M. INSTED OF K.M.MITHIN

I WANT TO CHANGE MY NAME TO K M MITHIN
CAN I DO SO, IF HOW CAN I PLS HELP ME

20 September 2012 Is your name according to 10+2 is K M MITHIN then write Name change request letter to the department to whom you send the registration forms of IPCC with the proof of evidence of copy of 10+2 pass certificate.

OK, i belongs to southern region but when i regestred for exam of nov 12 i used adrs of
add. sectry (delhi)
and also i submitted my exam reg form for nov 12
