Change in constitution of Partnership after PAN

If a person a applied for PAN of partnership and got the same,
then after getting PAN if there is Admission of New Partner OR/ AND Retirement of any existing Partner.

how can the above change be made before filling the income tax return?

21 April 2010 There is no need to change the PAN no. or name.
As partner ship firm is also a separate identity apart from partners.

22 April 2010 You need to submit the new partnership deed to the Assessing Officer. Thats all.

22 April 2010 Agreed. No need to change the PAN. However you have submit the addendum to the partnership deed alongwith the return of income.

22 April 2010 Partnership firm have seprete entity. so no need to change PAN NO if Any partner admited or retired but submisssion of new prtnership deed is required aat the time of filing of return
