28 November 2010 if there is a change in address of private company's interstate branch office then we have file any return to concerned ROC . if yes what is the procedure

There is no need to file any form with ROC unless you have maintain books of accounts and other papers at this place.

If you have already intimate to the ROC about maintenance of statutory register at such branch office then any changes in branch office would be informed to the ROC for the said purpose.
